V8 Supercars Champion Garth Tander and one of the category’s most accomplished endurance co-drivers, Warren Luff, formed a formidable combination during the 2015 Pirtek Enduro Cup. The pair delivered a string of impressive results across the endurance season, highlighted by a hard-fought third-place finish in the iconic Bathurst 1000 and another podium result with third place at the Gold Coast 600. At Surfers Paradise, they shared the podium celebrations with Holden Racing Team teammates James Courtney and Jack Perkins, underlining the strength of the HRT operation throughout the campaign.
Their consistency across the endurance events proved to be the key to success. While many rivals endured mechanical issues, incidents, and mixed results, Tander and Luff continually extracted strong performances from the #2 HRT VF Commodore. Their ability to remain in contention at every round ultimately earned them enough points to secure victory in the 2015 Pirtek Enduro Cup, adding another significant achievement to Holden Racing Team’s rich history and further cementing their place among the sport’s elite endurance pairings.
