Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with your item within 30 days, Toys Bendigo will offer you an exchange, refund or instore credit provided that:
• You produce your original Toys Bendigo receipt at the time you return the item.
• Item is unopened, unused and in its original condition including all instruction manuals and all accessories.
• Item was not purchased in multiple or commercial quantities.
• Item was not a special order.
Change of Mind and Satisfaction Guarantee excludes Gift Cards and Trading Cards.
Online Returns for Change of mind will need to be sent back to Toys Bendigo Toyworld Online at the customer's cost. Once received back, only the price of the item will be refunded. Postage is not refunded.
Faulty Product Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Toys Bendigo is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.
Toys Bendigo may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
Toys Bendigo reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Please note:
Proof of Purchase such as your original Toys Bendigo receipt must be presented. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
Online purchase returns
The Toys Bendigo Returns Policy applies to online purchases. However, instead of the store receipt as your proof of purchase you will need to present a copy of the tax invoice from our website (please note this is not the email confirmation document you received). We also recommend contacting Toyworld Bendigo (our Bricks & Mortar store in Bendigo - 03 5443 1588) who will advise you of the best method to return your item.
If you would like to return your item in store, we are happy to assist you. Please call Toyworld Bendigo (our Bricks & Mortar store in Bendigo - 03 5443 1588). We will let you know if your orders can be returned in store. We will need you to bring in your Tax Invoice that is emailed to you. This contains the Invoice Number that is required to bring your original sale up on our screen to make the adjustments.
